A collaboration with UK-based painter and sculptor Kate Meadows, inspired by the stories that live within clothes. Treating deadstock vintage silks as her canvas, Kate painted delicate motifs on these fabrics, creating intricate vignettes entirely by hand. Using these textiles, Abbie designed a capsule collection, draping and sewing each piece by hand. The resulting collection of wearable art pieces gave these discarded materials an entirely unique, new story to tell.
